Facebook inflammatory posts, 11 shoes for youth and 21 thousand fines


In the town of Mewat, about 100 kilometers away from the national capital, the Maha Panchayat of several villages killed 11 youths, imposed a fine of 21 thousand rupees and declared the order of the village for three months.

The young man was charged that he shared an objectionable post on Facebook against a particular religion. That is why the Panchayat took this strict step to stop the tension between two religions.

In the past, following the Facebook post of this young man, there was an atmosphere of tension in the town. After this, the Sarpanch and the prominent people of the town convened a meeting of the Sovereign Society to improve the situation.

Nagina's Chaudhary Choupal met the mahapanchayat on Wednesday afternoon. Haji Nasir Hussain recited the list of accusations in front of the accused.

After hearing everything, the 25-year-old man, apologizing for his crime, apologized. He also said that the punishment which the Jana Panchayat will decide, is ready to face it.

People of 36 communities in the Maha Panchayat said that the Facebook post from the youth has seriously shocked Mewat's brother-in-law. After listening to the people related to all the societies, 21-member Sarvsharma Committee chairman Subhash Gupta passed the verdict.

After this, an elderly placed 11 shoes for the young man in the Maha Panchayat. At the same time, 21 thousand rupees were deposited by the accused's family, who were donated to the temple. By the evening, the youth was instructed to leave the town.

Nagina's sarpanch Nasim Khan appealed to all the communities to maintain peace in the town. All raised their hands and supported it. On this occasion, Asmat Khan, Naseem Ahmed, Mahavir Jain, Zakir Hussain, Shivkumar Bunty, Mahavir Saini, Tillu Prajapati, Raghuvir Raghav, Umar Mohammed, Pyare Lal, Munnat Nambardar, Standard Saini, Mansingh Gangaram Saini and Prabhvadyal Punch were present.
